Thank you for considering renting your virtual land from EscapeLands. In doing so, you are helping us to grow our virtual world and create something very special for us all.

Our Full Power Sims
Our full power sims come with full user permissions. You also get the ability to grow your sim the way you want with 20,000 prim limits. The sim will also easily and comfortably accommodate 75 to 100 avatars at a time.

Condiitions of Rental/Sale
Only "EscapeLands" and the listed members are permitted to finish land sales with you directly. Payments are currently made using PayPal and a link to make your first payment is included in this notecard. Once payment is made, we will endeavor to hand over your sim within a few hours, although this may be affected by the time of the day you purchase. All purchases will be honoured within 24 hours.

2. As estate manager, you will have direct access to SL live chat support at EscapeLands. You may restart the region, ban others, set textures like grass or sand, set the sun or moon, allow damage, restrict flying or push, allow voice, reclaim parcels, etc. Estate Manager rights are not immediate, and will be instated within 24 hours from the time you submit the request. To submit the request, please send a message to Peter Parx.

3. If your region is offline, go directly to http://www.escapelands.com or email support@escapelands.com. Or, if one of our agents is online, please do contact one of them. You can also IM Peter Parx.

4. Only the parcel owner will be able to edit the land, buy the land as a group, and have multiple editors per parcel. Please be sure to give permissions with role abilities for the group according to your requirements.

6. Although we are careful tom ensure that your sim will be able to accommodate everything we say it can within the agreed limits, it is important to be careful when using scripts and other devices, as these can have a negative impact on the performance of your sim. Clients are required to use the land resources on EscapeLands regions responsibly and in proportion to their parcel size.

Starter Sim Pricing Conditions

Your sim is charged at £24.99 per month. Payments should be made using the PayPal link below. This is a subscription service and payment will be automatically taken from your account every month. You can, of course, cancel at any time without penalty, although no part month portion refund will be made if you cancel during your monthly term. If we are unable to take a monthly payment from you, we will try again in 5 days. If we are unable to take payment at this point, your tenancy will be terminated and all your objects will be returned to you. We can take no responsibility for any loss of inventory in these circumstances.
